Chris has 25 + years in the accountancy profession with two notable equity positions across top 40 firms, more recently as Group CEO and Founder of the Fortus Group with closing revenues of c.£35m - starting with the trade sale of the larger Midlands division to the TC Group (Inflexion Capital) in 2023, all residual divisions have since provided exits to other Private Equity organisations in 2026.
Chris now tends to focus his time on commercial and growth orientated projects, new professional service opportunities and consulting on larger buy and build projects as well as post-acquisition corporate development.
With over two decades in the professional services sector, Nathan is a dynamic force at Stelaris. His expertise lies in steering management teams from the inception of a business to its successful exit, consistently enhancing shareholder value.
Nathan's journey includes a pivotal role as COO of the Fortus Group, where his strategic leadership was instrumental in the firm's growth and successful sale in July 2023, achieving an impressive eight-figure Enterprise Value for shareholders.
At Stelaris, Nathan serves as an investor and Non-Executive Director. He dedicates his time to supporting the management teams of the Group's diverse investments. His guidance spans crucial areas such as business planning, finance, mergers & acquisitions, and client development strategies. Nathan's approach combines strategic insight with a hands-on commitment to driving growth and success across the portfolio.
Andy Minfie brings an unparalleled depth of experience to Stelaris, with a 40-year career spanning the breadth of professional advisory firms. His journey includes significant roles in top-tier firms across the UK and the Far East. Notable achievements include leading a Top 15 accountancy firm as Group Managing Partner for 16 years and launching a Top 30 firm during the Covid pandemic.
Renowned for his skill in mergers and acquisitions, Andy's talent extends beyond deal-making; he excels in guiding management teams through change, firmly believing in the power of energised local leadership to achieve remarkable results.
Andy's positive outlook is balanced by his keen insight into regulation and risk management. Born in Yorkshire, now living in the West Midlands and frequently travelling overseas, he is committed to helping people realise their potential and achieve more than they ever imagined possible.
Adil is the leading private equity executive operating within the inner circle of UK Legal. As the only private equity executive to have ran, launched, bought, sold and rescued multiple commercial law firms as CEO / COO, Adil joined Stelaris in May 2026 to lead the Legal portfolio business as Managing Director. Before his career in private equity and legal, Adil spent almost a decade working across data, business analyst and project management roles within American, Asian and British global investment banks in London.
